LOCATION Set above the sea in Edipsós with its wide range of taverns, restaurants and cafes. It is a short stroll to the harbor and the city center. Transfer duration from Athens airport approx. 3 hours, depending on the route incl. 30 minutes ferry transfer from Arkítsa.

THE HOTEL (ASYL) The hotel was built in 1890 and the fame of Edipsós was great during the Belle Epoche, when renowned Greek and foreign politicians and artists such as Greta Garbo, Winston Churchill and Omar Sharif spent times of recreation. From 1996 - 1999 it was rebuilt and a new wing of rooms as well as a huge spa were constructed. Thermae Sylla Spa is one of the best Medical Spas in the world. Comprising 108 guest rooms on 3 floors (2 elevators), stylish reception area, luxurious lobbies with magnificent sea views and a conference center. "Edipsos" Restaurant serving breakfast and lunch with Mediterranean cuisine, "Mesogheios" à la carte Restaurant with Mediterranean and international cuisine, Bistrot, and the main bar. ROOMS (RA/RB/RC) Approx. 20-25 sqm. Tastefully furnished, carpet flooring, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, internet access, safe, mini bar and desk. Bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers. Mostly the rooms feature a small balcony. Standard rooms with inland view (=RA), room with sea view (= RB) or Executive rooms with garden view or pool view (=RC).

JUNIOR SUITES (UA) Approx. 35 sqm. All features of the rooms but more spacious with sitting area. Bathroom with bathtub/WC, hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers. Pool view or sea view.

POOL AREA Huge pool with thermal and sea water (constant flow at 28-30°C, for 30 minutes stay) and hydro massage instruments, Jacuzzi, wild water rapid, air bubbled whirlpool. Sun terrace with pool and deck bar, sun beds and umbrellas.

BEACH Small sandy/pebble beach and a further stony beach where the thermal water reach 70°C from the rocks.

ACTIVITIES / SPORTS Free of charge: Aqua Aerobic. Extra charge: Billiards, table tennis, open air chess.

WELLNESS The1850 sqm spa offering a classic luxurious environment with thermal springs, 35 different therapy treatments. The treatments are based on thermal water gush from a depth of 3000 m with a temperature of 70-80 °C. The herbs which been used are from Greece. 3 different saunas, one interior pool with thermal water of constant flow at 32º C, (for 20 minutes stay) with hydro massage instruments, Jacuzzi, wild water rapid, air bubbled whirlpool and a gym. The hotel offers the obligatory medical checkup for free.
