LOCATION In the south-east of Athens, the hotel literally clings to the side of a pine-clad hillside with panoramic views over the ancient monument of the Temple of Poseidon in SoÚnio. Directly behind the hotel stands the SoÚnio National park. Two bays are approached via tunnels under the road. Public bus service to Athens (67 km), Lávrion (10 km) and Spáta (38 km). The airport is within 30-40 minutes drive.

THE PROPERTY (ACAP) Set in an amphitheatre style, the 2004 renovated hotel has 153 rooms in several low rise bungalows. In the main building reception, lounge with terrace, Wi Fi Internet corner, conference rooms. Main restaurant, lounge bar, where they serve several times a week Asian specialties. A la carte restaurant Cavo Colones (several times a week, reservation required, weather permitting) and Yali beach bar restaurant (only in the evening, reservation required). SUPERIOR BUNGALOWS (BA/BB) Approx. 30 sqm. All features of the Bungalows but more spacious. "En suite" bathroom with bathtub/WC, hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers. Terrace with garden view (= BA) or with partial sea view or with view of the Poseidon temple (= BS).

FAMILY ROOMS (FA)For 2 adults and 1-2 children. Located in a building stepped down the hill. Tastefully furnished. All features of the Bungalows. Living room with sofa bed and a bedroom. Bathroom with bathtub/WC. Balcony or terrace with garden view.

DELUXE BUNGALOWS (BC/BP) All features of the Bungalows, a bit larger and with separate entrance. Bath ‘en suite’/WC. Balcony or terrace with sea view or view of the Poseidon Temple (=BC) or with terrace, private garden and private pool (=BP).

VILLAS (VA) For 2 adults and 2 children. Exclusively designed with handmade furniture and fabrics. All features of the Bungalows. Spacious living room, dining area and open plan king size bedded bedroom. One bedroom with sofa bed or double bed. Bathroom with bathtub/WC. Terrace and private garden with sea view and view of the Poseidon Temple.

VILLAS WITH PRIVATE POOL (VB) For 2 adults and 2 children. Exclusively designed with handmade furniture and fabrics. All features of the Bungalows. Living room, dining area and bedroom with 2 sofa beds separated with a sliding door. One bedroom. Bathroom with bathtub/WC. Terrace and private garden and private pool, sea view and view of the Poseidon Temple.

POOL AREA Sea water pool with whirlpool and children's section (11.00 – 19.00 o’clock). Pool restaurant, sun beds, sun umbrellas and pool towels.

BEACH Sandy and a pebble bay accessed by an underground tunnel. Beach bar (weather permitting). Showers. Sun beds and sun umbrellas.

ACTIVITIES / SPORTS Free of charge: Gym, sauna.

Extra charge: 3 tennis courts, floodlit (tennis rackets and balls available), tennis lessons. The ‘Elixir Spa 007’ with bar, Jacuzzi, massage and various therapy programs, for example Ayurveda.

MEALS BB, HB (American gourmet breakfast buffet with fitness food corner. Optionally lunch a la carte at the pool restaurant, is entitled to a price reduction, or dinner buffet or a la carte (extra charge). Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear long trousers in all hotel areas during the evening.
